If you help facilitate decisions in Human Resources, Marketing, Finance, or you are an advocate for providing women equitable growth opportunities in professional development, this event is for you!
Women now control or influence as much as 85% of global spending, representing over $31 trillion in purchasing power and shaping trends across nearly every industry. While companies that authentically engage with women experience exponential growth, many still fall short by using outdated, one-size-fits-all strategies that fail to resonate with this powerful market.
This lunch-symposium invites business leaders to discover:
Why women are driving economic growth and most purchasing decisions.
Common mistakes businesses make in reaching female consumers—and strategies to do better.
How to avoid pitfalls that frequently undermine efforts to connect with this influential market.
Tactics for ensuring more women have a seat at the decision-making table and how benefits, HR technology, and creative approaches to attraction and retention can help build teams with top female talent.
Our speakers, Tracy Marlowe, Author, Speaker and CEO of successful advertising agency Creative Noggin, and Cora Lynn Alvar, Founder of Q Benefits Administration & Benefits Infrastructure Consulting will guide us through an insightful session. You will walk away with practical strategies you can implement day-one as well as make invaluable connections.
Invite your co-workers and professional contacts; empower yourself and your company by joining us at the new Aggie Square, where inspiration and exploration conspire to challenge the status quo!
